Privacy Management System

Ubie, Inc. has established a Personal Information Management Committee, a cross-functional organization led by the Co-Chief Executive Officers, to manage privacy protection and compliance.

The Personal Information Management Committee oversees all personal information protection activities of the Company to ensure that personal information acquired and held by the Company is handled appropriately in compliance with laws and regulations and in accordance with the Privacy by Design principles.

The Personal Information Management Committee consists of the Information Security Department, the Legal Department, and the personal information managers of each business unit, and is responsible for the following

• Administering the Company's privacy management program
• Strengthening our privacy management program to ensure that we continue to meet the expectations of our customers, stakeholders, and regulators
• Maintains privacy awareness throughout the organization by providing the training necessary to educate the company about the company's privacy program and regulatory requirements
• Identify privacy risks and provide recommendations and strategies to mitigate identified risks
• Conduct privacy reviews and monitor compliance status as needed
